PayMatrixCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All salary calculations happen entirely within your browser using JavaScript. No data is ever sent to any server.
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, device types, geographic regions). This data is anonymised and cannot be linked to any individual. Google Analytics uses its own cookies governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
This site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings or use a browser ad blocker. We do not have access to any data Google collects for ad targeting.
